WHAT I DO EVERYDAY FOR BETTER SKIN
I’m first to admit my skin isn’t perfect (i wish it was!) so everyday i make sure that i am doing things to help my skin even when its out of my control aka hormonal acne once a month! You need to remember that our skin is the largest organ of our body so it deserves some serious attention. I wanted to let you all in on what i do everyday for better skin.
WATER, WATER, WATER
Sounds pretty simple but your skin really does love it when you drink plenty of water! I have dehydrated skin so i need to make sure that i’m drinking minimum 2 litres of water a day. Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins.

My skin improved so much when i started taking probiotics on a daily basis. I am huge fan of The Beauty Chef and take the GLOW Powder. GLOW Inner Beauty Powder contains more than 20 organic, bio-fermented and probiotic superfoods including Dunaliella salina, maqui berry and queen garnet plum, as well as zinc and vitamin C for good gut health and glowing skin. I also have started taking the JS Health Skin & Digestion tablets and have found they have also helped with controlling my hormonal acne. Taking both of these daily have really helped with the clarity of my skin.
SUNSCREEN IS MY BEST FRIEND
It blows my mind when people tell me they don’t wear sunscreen everyday. 80-90% of ageing is caused by the sun so why aren’t you wearing it? We all want to stay looking younger so sunscreen is your answer. The Rationale B3T SPF 50+ is like applying a serum, it doesn’t even feel like sunscreen and best of all it protect you from the whole solar constant not just UVA & UVB.
I have recently started using a Rose Quartz Gua Sha Facial Massager and as extra as it feels doing this everyday i’ve really noticed a difference in my skin. Gua Sha works to improve circulation, relax tension in the facial muscles, de-puff, firm and reduce fine lines and best of all lymphatic drainage. It also only take a couple of minutes to do.
Don’t squeeze your pimples! Ive learnt the hard way because every single time they just leave a mark or make the pimple worse. Also just in general don’t touch your face because you’re only putting germs on your face and throughout the day free radicals are already doing damage so you don’t need your fingers adding to this. This is also why i highly recommend a double cleanse every night!
