This LA based babe works in the beauty industry as a COO for an amazing youtuber and her new company. Alexandra paints large scale acrylic pieces- always abstract and modern and never shy's away from color in her paintings, wardrobe, or home. Claiming the only place she is a minimalist color-wise is with my makeup routine. Shes'a fan of the natural, glowy, rose-tinted looks and thats obvious when scrolling through her instagram feed.

TSB: What is your skin type?

ALEX: I have super dry skin.

TSB: WHAT DOES YOUR MORNING ROUTINE LOOK LIKE?

ALEX: My morning routine usually involves trying to rush out the door. But I always start with an oil cleanser- today it’s the Belif Oil Cleanser, sometimes I sub that for the Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser or Bioderma Cleansing towelettes when I can find them- It’s hard to in Los Angeles. Then I use this amazing Joanna Vargas Rejuvenating Face Serum which is also an oil, then I follow up with her eye cream which is a game changer. I always follow up with some kind of Hyaluronic Acid- right now it’s Bioderma HA serum. After that I add a heavier moisturizer- at the moment it’s Youth to the People Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream. I avoid products with Dimethicone in this stage because I need my skincare to really sink into my skin. Then I start my makeup routine.

TSB: WHAT IS YOUR NIGHT ROUTINE?

ALEX: My night routine is a bit more luxurious because I have the most luxurious ingredient- lots of time on my hands. I start with a cleansing towelette- usually the Bioderma one. I can only find it at certain beauty supply stores so when I have them it’s like gold. Then I’ll do a face mask- right now it’s the Peter Thomas Roth 24k Gold Firming Mask or Boscia Matcha Magic Super-Antioxidant Mask. Then I may follow up with the Peter Thomas Roth 24k Gold Hydra-Gel Eye Patches to be really dramatic. They really do work wonders on the under eye area, though. Then I’ll use my face oil, eye cream, moisture cream, and I’ll throw on a hydrating lip gloss- Currently using the Kopari coconut oil one at the moment. If I’m feeling like I need some extra help I’ll use my facial cups on my face before bed, too.
